International day to end violence against sex workers
Since 2003 year the International day to end violence against sex workers is observed on 17 december every year by the people working in sex industry, theirs friends, families and advocates.
The day calls atention to hate crimes committed against sex workers all around the world, as well as to remove stigma and discrimination, which makes violence againts sex wokers acceptable.
The red umbrella is international symbol of sex workers rights and marks theirs efforts for resistance against discrimination all over the world.
