Kamen Penkov - President of "Dose of love" Association, Social worker, Economist, Project coordinator.

Kamen Penkov is a certificated Master in Social Work and Master in Economics /BFU/. He has a variety of specific trainings on health prevention among vulnerable groups. His practice in Association started in 2003 year. His experience includes health prevention and social work with vulnerable groups and project coordination.
2009-2013 year he is a member of the Control Board of “Dose of love” Associations. Since 2013 year he is a president of Menagment Bord of "Dose of love" Association.
His professional interests are in the areas of social work, NGO marketing and management.

Nela Ivanova - Financial Director of “Dose of love„ Association, Social worker, Projects coordinator, Consultant, Trainer.

Nela Ivanova is a Bachelor in Social work (BFU). She had additional qualifications in cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. She had also a variety of highly specialized courses in the field of drug addiction and management in Bulgaria and abroad. Since 2001 year her experience grows from volunteer at health prevention and psychosocial work among injecting drug users, commercial sex workers, prison inmates to consultant, projects coordinator and trainer.
She is a member of “Dose of Love “Association Management Board since 2009 yearq as Executive Director and since 2013 as Financial Director.
Her professional interests are in the harm reduction field of drug usage and providing consultations on the addiction problems.

Asena Mateeva - Executive Director of “Dose of love„ Association, Social worker, Project coordinator, Consultant.

Asena Mateeva is a bachelor in Social Work /BFU/. She had additional qualification in cognitive-behavioral therapy and MI /motivational interviewing/, and many specialized trainings on health prevention among vulnerable groups.
Her practice in the Association is since 2003 year. She has experience in the health prevention and psychosocial work with injecting drug users, commercial sex workers, prison inmates, consultant on HIV/AIDS and related problems; project coordinator; participation in social researches.
From 2009-2013 year she is a member of Control Board of “Dose of love” Association. From 2013 she is member of “Dose of Love “Association Management Board.
Her professional interests are in the field of analysis, methods and practice with commercial sex workers and problems and interventions, related with HIV/AIDS.

Hristo Mitakov - Social worker, Project coordinator.

Hristo Mitakov is a Bachelor of Social Work /BFU/. He had passed variety of specific trainings in the field on drug addictions.
His practice in the Association is from 2002 year till the moment. His experience includes health prevention and social work among vulnerable groups and projects coordination.
Since 2013 year he is a member of "Dose of love" Association Control Board.
His professional interests are in the area of development methodologies for adequate health prevention among drug users.

Antoaneta Radeva - Psychologist; Consultant; Intervisor; Trainer

Antoaneta Radeva is a specialist in psyhology and other humanitarian science. She had additional qualifications in cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. As an expert in the field of drug addictions she had passed several trainings in Bulgaria and abroad.
In hers professional biography there is experience in assistance in the health prevention and psychosocial work with vulnerable groups; projects coordination; addictions consulting; implementation of trainings for students and professionals; methodological and sociological researches; taking participation in preparing professional guidelines and methodologies, management, supervision and intervision.
Since 1999 year she is a cofounder and Management Board member in “Dose of Love “Association. From 2004 year till 2013 year she is the President of the Association. Since 2013 year she is a memeber of "Dose of love" Association Control Board.
Her professional interests are in the field of analysis, methodology and consulting about addictions, drug usage, group process at work and NGO management.

Kremena Dobranova -Economist

Kremena Dobranova has a Master degree in Accounting and Auditing in the non-financial corporations /Business Academy “Dimitar A. Cenov”- Svishtov town/ and has a Master degree in Marketing and Management /University ”Prof. D-r Asen Zlatarov” - Burgas town/. Since 1999 year she is a Cofounder and a member of “Dose of Love” Association. She was chosen as a member of the Control Board in 2004 year and she is a member of the Management Board as a Financial Director from 2009 till 2013 year. In 2013 year she is a member of "Dose of love" Association Control Board again.
Desislava Slavova - Psychologist, health prevention consultant.

Desislava Slavova is a Bachelor in Philosophy and Master in Psychology in Veliko Tarnovo University “St. St. Ciril and Methodi”.
She had professional trainings in MI /motivational interviewing/ and is certificated outreach worker from The National Addiction Centre, Bulgaria.
Since 2008 year she started work in “Dose of love” Association with health prevention and psychosocial work among drug users. Later she started work and with commercial sex workers and men having sex with men.
Her professional interests are in the area of Social Psychology and experience as a volunteer in social and ecologically engaged projects.

Kirilka Dobranova - Nurse.

Kirilka Dobranova is a graduated Nurse in the Medical College, Burgas town. She has a long experience in different hospitals and has been a senior nurse in the Emergency.
Since 2004 year she works in the Association as a medical nurse. She carried out medical manipulations among the target groups and provides before and after test consulting to clients.
She has interests in the art-therapy approaches and in interactive methods in social work.
